Our school has many wonderful features... we welcome the opportunity to share these with you.
It is important for us that you are comfortable and feel part of our school. It is our commitment to offer you the time and information to enable you to make a quality decision.

Roll Zone:

• We do have a roll zone.
• The roll zone ensures that we do not outgrow the accommodation in our school.
• We want to be a neighbourhood school.
• The roll zone policy is available from the office.

Enrolment:

• Before enrolling, we like to talk with you and show you our school so that you can be sure that it is a good choice for you.
• Our Principal (Paul Sibson) shows people around the school every Thursday morning at 9.10 (please call first to make an appointment.
• Questions that you have will be answered, we will walk around the school to observe classrooms in action.
• An enrolment form will be completed.
• Material that you bring from your previous school will be copied.
• When you have made a decision, a classroom and a teacher will be arranged.

If your child is five and starting school for the first time.

• Shortly before your child starts school we will invite you to spend time in a classroom.
• Other visits will be arranged if necessary to ease your child into school.
• We need to see your child’s birth certificate or passport on enrolment.
• We need a copy of your child’s immunisation records.
• We will need proof of your in zone residential address.
• At the beginning of the first day please call to the Office.
• The class teacher is commited to ensuring that your child develops friendships, is physically and emotionally safe and develops the confidences needed to operate effectively in our school.
